Job description
- Collaborate Actively: Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and prioritize features and requirements for the online account opening process tailored to Micro clients, ensuring alignment with the overall digital banking strategy and transformation objectives.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in Scrum events (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement and ensure the team’s alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Execution and Delivery: Be deeply involved in execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Communication and Documentation Management: Maintain careful control over internal and external communications about product features, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging and knowledge sharing. Maintain proper business documentation of new deliveries.

Application requires
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing digital customer-facing products, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- If you don’t yet have experience with agile methodologies but have relevant experience with Micro clients, we encourage you to apply – we’ll train you everything you need to know!
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Business (e.g.: Financial, Banking), Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
