Agile Coach – National Security (hybrid working)

Behind great solutions are great teams, and our Agile Coaches are there to help support, guide, and coach them to success. In BAE Systems we don’t believe in constraining ambition, and therefore view Scrum Masters as Agile Coaches.This particular role can range from junior to mid-level so we are happy to talk to candidates who are either starting out in their agile coaching career or who have some epxerience already, looking for the next career move. For this role you will be based in our Manchester office with hybrid working arrangements available.What you could be doing for us:

Security Clearance
