Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Lead – 1 Year ContractI’m currently recruiting for an exciting client of mine looking for an Agile Delivery Manager.12 Months Initial Contract, hybrid role with highly flexible working arrangement.Qualifications:Required: 5+ years of IT Scrum Master experience, with proven Project Management expertise.Preferred: Scrum Master certification.Required: Extensive experience working with IT delivery teams and strong business stakeholder engagement.Required: 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry.Responsibilities:- Lead, plan, and manage the deployment of technology solutions with medium-scale complexity, ensuring innovation, scalability, and compliance with best practices to support business and client goals.- Oversee day-to-day execution, planning, and reporting for non-agile initiatives, ensuring effective implementation.- Act as a change agent, promoting agile methodologies within Technology, focusing on building high-performing teams and removing obstacles to deliver quality solutions.- Escalate risks and impediments, driving continuous improvement and value delivery.- Serve as a servant leader, coaching squads on Scrum practices and sharing responsibility for initiative delivery in an agile framework.- Proactively identify and mitigate impediments to ensure consistent velocity and flow of work.- Foster relationships with team members, release train engineers, portfolio/product owners, and other support teams to ensure business value delivery.- Define and track goals, quality measures, and productivity metrics, while promoting continuous improvement.- Manage governance, reporting, and monitoring activities according to the delivery framework in use.- Seek guidance from senior resources when needed and mentor others in their skills development.This is an immediate interview with an immediate start where applicableApplicants must be eligible to work full-time in the Republic of Ireland without restrictionFor more information please contact Scott Hool in confidence on +35315539517 or s.hool@reperiohc.com Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
