Our digital, data and technology solutions are used by globally recognised public and private sector brands operating in a variety of sectors including Civil Defence, Healthcare, Sustainable Environment and Land Asset Management, and Digital Democracy.About the role:We are looking for an experienced Agile Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex digital programmes within the public sector. As part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, you will work alongside Service Designers, User Researchers, Technical Architects, Developers, Testers, and DevOps Engineers to deliver impactful technology solutions that make a difference to citizens.You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality delivery, applying agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and managing programme-level risks, dependencies, and resources. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and driving continuous improvement in delivery management practices.You will also act as a recognised expert and advocate for Agile and Lean approaches, coaching teams and shaping delivery strategies to achieve optimal results. With expert-level skills in commercial management, stakeholder engagement, and community collaboration, you will influence practices across programmes and the wider organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Delivery
