This is a unique opportunity to work with a global enterprise tech client, focusing on improving language models and creating impactful, real-world applications of AI.Position Highlights 💼

• Location: Dublin, Ireland
• Salary: €29,700 + quarterly bonus, with a 25% pay increase for late shifts (22:00 – 02:00)
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, office-based
• Type: Permanent Role

📝 Important: Candidates must be fully eligible to work in Ireland (EU passport, Stamp 4, or Stamp 1G with at least 12 months remaining).Your Role 🌐

• Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs for a large language model (LLM).
• Generate realistic, context-driven prompts and responses.
• Maintain and improve annotation quality through clear guidelines.
• Provide feedback and insights for data quality and annotation processes.
• Research and apply best practices across domains such as Biology, Marketing, Computer Science, Psychology, and more!

Ideal Candidate Profile 👤

• Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English (C1 minimum).
• Education: University degree in relevant fields like Business, Medicine, or Social Sciences.
• Competencies:

• Strong data analysis skills
• Familiarity with social norms, media, and popular culture
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Adaptive, analytical mindset for understanding large datasets
