We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented AI Annotation Specialists to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) for a leading social media company.About the RoleAs an AI Annotation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and accuracy of AI models. Your primary responsibility will be to create, evaluate, and refine question-answer pairs that simulate real-world scenarios. By leveraging your linguistic expertise and cultural knowledge, you’ll help ensure that AI systems provide relevant and contextually accurate responses.Key Responsibilities– Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve LLM performance.– Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.– Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.– Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.– Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.– Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.– Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.– Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.RequirementsWe’re looking for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and passionate about working with data.
