The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. What you`ll do: 

As an AI Developer in the UA CSI “User Assistance Content, Services and Infrastructure” organization, you will help accelerate our AI transformation by building intelligent agents to transform how our ~1,200 global User Assistance (UA) community works. Your mission is to enhance efficiency and streamline the entire User Assistance lifecycle—from authoring to delivery.

You will design, develop, and operate stateful, agentic AI services that empower our UA community, freeing them to focus on innovation and deliver the best help experience for SAP customers

Key Responsibilities:

-Design & Build: Develop advanced AI agents using agentic frameworks like LangGraph on a modern cloud-native stack (GCP, Kubernetes).
-Integrate & Automate: Create robust tools for agents, enabling them to connect with REST APIs, GCP services, and internal SAP systems.
-Deploy & Scale: Own the full dev-to-ops lifecycle, deploying and scaling production-grade microservices in Kubernetes.
-Innovate & Pioneer: Research and apply novel AI techniques (e.g., advanced RAG, agentic planning) to solve unique business challenges and shape our technical roadmap.

What you bring:

-Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-AI Agent Experience: You’ve built and deployed LLM-powered agents, applying concepts like RAG, ReAct, and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) for complex tool use.
-LLM & Python Skills: Advanced Python and hands-on skill in prompt engineering and integrating with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini).
-Cloud & API Engineering: Hands-on experience in building tools that connect to REST APIs (OpenAPI).
-DevOps Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Docker and deploying/debugging applications in Kubernetes.
-Collaboration: Fluency in English and excellent communication skills for working effectively across a distributed, international tea
