We are seeking someone with solid experience in software development, strong skills in people and project management, and a deep passion for pushing the boundaries of innovation in the field of AI.You’ll be responsible for leading a cross-disciplinary team, planning activities, coordinating research directions, and ensuring tangible outcomes that contribute to the evolution of our technologies and services.We value professionals who combine a curious, research-driven mindset with the ability to deliver real, impactful results—people who see in AI not just a set of tools, but a space for creativity, experimentation, and transformation.What You’ll Be Working On

• Leading the AI-focused team in R&D across planning, development, and delivery
• Guiding the exploration of innovative technologies, from LLMs to computer vision and generative AI
• Translating research insights into concrete software solutions and prototypes
• Coordinating project timelines, resource planning, and progress reporting
• Acting as a technical reference point for the team and stakeholders
• Contributing to the strategic evolution of RE:LAB’s innovation roadmap

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (PhD is a plus)
• Strong background in software development and applied AI
• Experience in leading teams and managing complex technical projects
• Deep interest in emerging technologies, innovation, and their real-world applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strategic thinking, with a hands-on, results-oriented attitude
