Are you a qualified mechanical engineer with experience of facilities?

Randstad are currently working with a client looking to take on a Mechanical Engineer who can cover mechanical engineering across a large site in Nottingham. This is a client facing role, so the ability to work as part of team and provide positive customer service is an important aspect.

Responsibilities:

* Manage environment conditions through use of BMS System
* Maintain Air handling units and Air Conditioning systems
* Identify and manage risks through equipment on site
* Implement and improve the pre-planned maintenance schedule to ensure efficiency
* Coordinate requests from the client in line with SLA’s to ensure reactive and planned maintenance is completed
* Coordinate with the onsite supervisor and contract manager to ensure all building services are running smoothly
* Adhere to service level agreements
* Keep up to date records of maintenance work carried out

Ideal Candidate

* Minimum level 2 recognised qualification in AC or Mechanical Maintenance
* FM experience would be advantageous
* Experience of AHU or AC systems
