Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Nottingham

Salary & Benefits:

* GBP38,000 -GBP42,000 DOE
* 40-hour week (7:30am – 4:30pm)
* Van and fuel card provided

* 1 in 6 to 7 on call rota – GBP140 standby and minimum 4 hours paid for call out

* Retail buildings
* Council properties
* Distribution sites

The Role:

* Maintenance, repair, and breakdown of air conditioning systems, including air handling units and DX cooling equipment (more industrial than VRV/VRF systems)
* Diagnosing and resolving hot and cold issues through BMS adjustments
* Carrying out reactive repairs on air conditioning systems and infrastructure
* Customer-facing role with site visits
