Requirements:

* Full qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
* Proven experience in facilities maintenance, particularly in air conditioning systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach
* Valid UK driving licence
