Air Conditioning Engineer – Hammersmith – £44,000
Location: Hammersmith
Salary: £44,000 Plus Overtime
Hours – Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

PRS is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to be looking after a Contract located in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E/Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying between £40,000 – £44,000.

Duties:

– Maintaining/repairing and serving a large variety of AC and refrigeration
– Lead a team of Engineers
– Plant Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, down flow units and Heat Pumps
– Some minor general maintenance
– HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
– AHU Plant and associated Equipment
– Split System Maintenance
– VRV Servicing
– Chiller Servicing
– AHU Servicing

Requirements:

– NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
– Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
– Experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, Air handling units
– F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
– Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
– Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
