Job description

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team within the Facility Services domain. You will play a key role in optimizing processes and tools to support facility management and enhance the user experience.Responsibilities

Analyze and consolidate the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with experts to define processes, acceptance criteria, and features.
Support the Product Owner and development team during feature refinement.
Organize and support user testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Continuously improve existing processes to maximize efficiency and compliance.

Required Profile

Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within Facility Management.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Archibus (FMIS) is a plus.
Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, structured approach, strong stakeholder management, and effective communication skills.

Language Requirements

Proficiency in French or Dutch, with fluency in English (working language).
