• Serve as the internal AI strategy and project roadmap expert.
• Translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.
• Design, build, and monitor robust machine learning models and pipelines.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level technical staff.
• Stay ahead with cutting-edge MLOps and AI technology trends.

Your Profile:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI or related field.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in data science, ML, and MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Cloud deployment expertise (Azure, AWS, GCP) and SQL/NoSQL database knowledge.
• Strong leadership, strategic mindset, clear communication, and teamwork spirit.
