If you’re ready for new challenges and to be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!As an Innovation Manager in the EU Marketing Portfolio & Innovation team at Alpro, you’ll dive into a variety of exciting and impactful areas:

• Building Innovation & Portfolio Strategy:

• Support the development of strategies across various platforms to enhance the innovation and portfolio of Alpro’s plant-based products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align innovation goals with overall business objectives.

• Market Data & Category Performance Analysis:

• Analyze market trends, sales data, and category performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize product offerings.

• Consumer Insights & Trends:

• Conduct in-depth research into consumer behaviors, preferences, and emerging trends
• Utilize these insights to drive innovation and ensure products meet consumer needs and expectations

• Regulatory Requirements & Customer Preferences:

• Assess and integrate regulatory requirements and customer preferences into project and packaging briefings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while meeting customer demands.

• Portfolio Animation & Line Extension:

• Lead the process from product ideation to post-launch follow-up
• Manage the lifecycle of product lines, including the introduction of new products and extensions of existing lines

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about innovation in the food industry and has the skills to drive strategic initiatives that align with consumer trends and regulatory requirements.You hold a Master Degree, preferably in Marketing and bring 2-3 years of Sales/Marketing experience within a Food or FMCG environment.Do you recognize yourself in the profile below?
