En tant qu’alternant(e) Early Career Talent Acquisition & Projects, tu rejoindras la Direction des Ressources Humaines du siège, composée de 28 personnes et seras rattaché(e) à la Head of Talent Acquisition.

Parlons de tes principales missions

• Tu seras impliqué.e sur l’ensemble des étapes du processus de recrutement des Early Talents en fonction de ta montée en compétences et de tes envies : du recueil des besoins auprès des managers jusqu’à la proposition aux candidats
• Tu prendras en charge le Talent Analytics sur la population Early Talents et seras force de proposition des actions à mener selon ton analyse data
• Tu animeras des sessions d’onboarding mensuelles à destination des nouveaux arrivants
• Tu mettras en place des actions pour animer la communauté Early Talents (organisation afterwork, workshops, déjeuners, …) ainsi que développer la visibilité d’AXA grâce à des stratégies de promotion des Talents (LinkedIn) et autres idées créatives
• Tu effectueras un suivi des stagiaires/alternant.es et de leurs évolutions de carrière au sein du Groupe AXA · Tu seras le.la principal.e ambassadeur.rice de notre culture et de nos valeurs
• Tu participeras aux Forums et Campus au cours de l’année en lien direct avec les étudiants et seras l’ambassadeur/trice d’AXA

Mais aussi d’autres projets stimulants 

• Participer à la définition et à la réalisation d’initiatives de marque employeur et de campagnes de recrutements des candidat.es pour stimuler l’engagement (pages carrières, salon de l’emploi, programmes de diversité…)
• Être force de proposition sur des projets de fidélisation des talents au sein de la population Early
• Participer à l’évolution des process, notamment sur la partie KPI et outils internes/externes
• Veiller à ce que les candidat.es obtiennent la meilleure expérience possible et favoriser les relations à long terme avec eux pour constituer un vivier de Talents

Qualifications

Tes atouts

• Tu parles couramment anglais avec une capacité à mener des entretiens avec des candidats et hiring managers anglophones
• Tu es organisé.e, à l’aise et intéressé.e par une grande diversité de métiers (IT/Digital, Audit/Finance, Risk/Actuariat, Juridique, Communication, Marketing, Etudes et Conseil)
• Tu es curieu.x.se de découvrir le monde du Talent Acquisition à forte valeur ajoutée de conseil, tu es d’un naturel social, empathique, tu aimes convaincre et avoir de l’impact
• L’approche directe, le closing candidat et la data ne te font pas peur
• Tu aimes effectuer des tâches variées et avancer sur plusieurs projets à la fois
• Tu as un fort esprit d’équipe et te sens en adéquation avec les valeurs d’AXA
