In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative and human resources functions.You will work closely with professionals in the field to:· Payroll Support: Collect and prepare employee data and documentation required for payroll processing.· HR Administration: Perform general administrative tasks related to Human Resources, including record keeping, reporting, and employee documentation.· Training & Development: Assist the HR Manager in organizing training initiatives, scheduling meetings, and contributing to the overall training strategy.· Recruitment & Onboarding: Provide support with recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires, as needed.· Manage and update databases.
