Flex Financial is Stryker’s financial services business, providing creative financial solutions to help our customers to acquire Stryker equipment.

As an intern, you will work closely with the Flex Portfolio Analysts (PA) to support their activity on managing a portfolio of usage-based finance agreements and supporting the assignments to the lenders.

What you will do:

• You will partner with the PAs to manage the portfolio of Flex contracts for France, (additional countries may be added)
• You will provide support to the PA booking & funding,
• You will collect and prepare the compliance of usage-based contracts,
• You will collect the data and check accuracy,
• You will provide analysis and trends, and statistic on Payment performance
• You will keep up to date the data and reports used by the FA,
• You will assist the FA on the completeness of files,

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree, Master 1, Master 2
• Fluency in English. German/French/Spanish/Italian is welcome,
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBi is a plus,
• Significant attention to detail,
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills,
• Must be able to analyse non-routine issues and propose solutions,
