YOUR OPPORTUNITYIn this role, you will be responsible for successfully managing the full launch cycle of a new sales force automation (SFA) system, called Amalia, in the On Trade market and improve processes for the Sales Team to be more efficient. From backend IT functions, system testing, user adaptation, data management and basic reporting in a timely manner. Act as a single point of contact for the market will require working closely with Sales Managers, Business Managers, IT Department and Commercial Operations Sales Analyst.ABOUT YOUYour ability to manage multiple projects, as well as internal and external stakeholders at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, with the Commercial and IT.RESPONSIBILITIES· You will be responsible for the business administration of current key commercial information system Amalia and for the expansion of new functionality .· Own and manage our Sales Force Automation (SFA) Amalia Tool in the On trade -including all system administration, field sales support, and central reporting.· Collect ongoing feedback from the end-users of the tools to identify pain points and understand how they could be improved.· Assist the commercial teams with sales targets setup and tracking, aligned with the Sales Incentive Pay (SIP) model.· Create strong relationship with Bacardi Tech in order to communicate improvement opportunities to existing tools and well as new needs from the region.· Deliver training and supporting material for new and existing users.· Act as a single point of contact for the end-users of the tools.· Participate in a global community of sales admins, sharing best practices and identifying opportunities that exist in the tools that can be exploited for the markets.· Key tasks that are expected:o Users managemento Master data maintenance/cleaning (in articulation with MDG)o Definition of assortments and upload/maintenance of concepts imageso Segment accountso Setup territories and targetso Managing orders and orders quotaso Translationso Approval process definition for contracts & approverso Testing, troubleshooting, training, onboarding, evangelizing, etc.SKILLS· Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years proven experience in an environment with FMCG systems.· Experience in IT Sales analysis or similar is considered a plus.· Communicate both verbally and written in English and Spanish.· Experience in dealing with commercial teams and senior management.· Experience in working with IT/ commercial processes and systems and inputting data accurately.LEADERSHIP AGILITYAt Bacardi we care deeply about finding brilliant talent who can bring the following personal attributes to help elevate our 3Fs: Fearless, Family, Founder culture to the next level.Belonging: You have a strong capacity to create a culture of ‘Belonging’, where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do, and who they can becomeSelf-Awareness: You have high levels of self-awareness, are reflective and know yourself well, understanding both your own strengths and weaknesses and your impact on othersPeople Agility: You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performanceResults Agility: You demonstrate consistent delivery of results in first-time situations by inspiring teams, exhibiting a presence that builds confidence in yourself and others.Mental Agility: You can think critically to penetrate complex problems and expand the possibilities by making fresh connections.
