Per la nostra sede di Ceparana (SP), siamo alla ricerca di un/una Analista di Laboratorio appartenente alle Categorie Protette, che si unisca al team della Qualità.Responsabilità principali

• Eseguire analisi chimiche/fisiche con strumenti (principalmente allergeni con tecnica elisa, viscosità con Brookfield, umidità con termobilancia e Aw)
• Eseguire analisi microbiologiche su materie prime e prodotto finito in ambito alimentare
• Inserire e controllare gli esiti analitici
• Registrare nel sistema informatico LIMS i campioni e stoccarli secondo procedure interne
• Eseguire elaborazioni di trend analitici sui parametri analizzati
• Gestire la buona funzionalità, calibrazione, taratura e manutenzione degli strumenti di laboratorio
• Partecipare attivamente allo studio e validazione dei nuovi metodi di prova
• Partecipare alle attività previste per mantenimento dell’accreditamento dei metodi di prova
• Partecipare ai circuiti ring test per mantenimento qualifica di tecnico di laboratorio
• Partecipare agli audit interni, di seconda e terza parte compresi quelli per il mantenimento dell’accreditamento
• Mantenere aggiornata la documentazione del sistema qualità del laboratorio (es. carte di controllo, gestione datalogger e scarico / verifica dei dati, ecc.)
• Partecipare alla gestione dell’inventario dei reagenti, del materiale consumabile del laboratorio ed effettuare gli ordini ai fornitori

Background & Skills

• Diploma di scuola superiore di secondo grado tecnico scientifico / ambito alimentare (es. perito chimico o titolo affine) o Laurea triennale o magistrale in Biologia, Scienze e Tecnologie alimentari, Medicina veterinaria, Biotecnologie o affini
• Aver una iscrizione all’albo o abilitazione all’esercizio della professione di chimico/biologo o tecnologo alimentare o equivalenti
• Conoscenze informatiche: pacchetto office in particolare excel
• Lingua inglese livello B1/B2
• Aver maturato una esperienza di 6 mesi o un anno in ruolo similare costituirà un plus così come aver partecipato ad un corso ISO17025
• Buona capacità di operare in team
• Buone doti di cura e precisione
• Buona capacità organizzativa del proprio lavoro
• Buona capacità di gestire le buone pratiche di laboratorio compreso mantenere l’ordine e la pulizia
