About the Role
Join a global leader in Smart Edge technologies, where advanced silicon and software solutions enable intelligent, connected products. As part of the Wireless Internet of Things (WIoT) business unit, you’ll work within the RF team in Athens—formed after the acquisition of MEICSi—and contribute to the design of high-performance wireless transceiver ICs. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-moving, collaborative team working on next-gen wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB.
Key Responsibilities

-Design and verify analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks in CMOS technologies.
-Collaborate with Layout Engineers and conduct layout reviews.
-Generate design documentation and contribute to technical reviews.
-Support post-silicon validation through lab measurements and debugging.Requirements

-Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, with a focus on analog IC design.
-2–4 years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design using CMOS/FinFET processes.
-Familiar with circuit blocks such as ADCs, DACs, VCOs, ring oscillators, frequency dividers, low-pass filters, voltage regulators, and bandgap references.
-Knowledge of low-voltage, low-power CMOS design in nanometer technologies.
-Hands-on experience with Cadence IC design tools.
-Skilled in writing design documentation and technical reports.
-Understanding of wireless transceiver system architecture.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-Flexible, dynamic, and well-organized.
-Fluent in English.
