Offer DescriptionThe study aims to delineate the role of receptors conveying proinflammatory and oncomodulatory signals. Specifically, the following aspects will be investigated:
– The intracellular signaling cascades triggered by the examined receptors upon stimulation with agonists/antagonists;
– The development of molecules with agonist/antagonist activity (in collaboration with the laboratory of Dr. Azzurra Stefanucci of the Department of Pharmacy, affiliated with Spoke 8 of the PNRR “Vitality” project);
– The development of an advanced delivery system based on nanoparticles for therapeutic purposes (in collaboration with laboratories affiliated to spoke 8 of the PNRR “Vitality” project of the University of Urbino.RequirementsAdditional InformationEligibility criteriaa) the titles and scientific publications including: a PhD or equivalent qualification obtained abroad, the degree of specialization of the medical area, the certificates of attendance at post-graduate courses taken abroad as well as the performance of a documented research at public and tested by means of contracts, grants or assignments, both in Italy and abroad (60 points out of 100).
