If so, BESTSELLER TECH is looking for you to join our Master Data team as our new Analyst.YOUR TEAM
Join BESTSELLER TECH’s Master Data team – a dedicated and collaborative group based in Brande and Aarhus. We meet weekly in person, thrive on strong partnerships, and take pride in building and owning our own systems. Together, we make sure data is structured, governed and geared for the future.
You’ll work closely with teams across sourcing, retail coordination, country admin, TECH and finance. Our current priorities include improving data quality, reducing duplicates, cleaning up outdated processes, and assigning clear ownership across core entities. Long-term, we’ll also explore new technologies to strengthen our foundation further.YOUR ROLE
As our new Analyst, you will bridge business and technology to improve the way BESTSELLER handles its most critical data-covering customers, suppliers, users, and locations. Your core mission will be to understand how our business works, identify where we can do better, and collaborate with developers to create sustainable and scalable solutions.
You will take part in the entire lifecycle: from early dialogue and process understanding to defining user stories, supporting testing, and guiding rollouts. You’ll help us turn manual, fragmented work into structured, automated processes that support our brands and functions worldwide.More specifically, you will

• Analyze business needs and system landscapes to propose efficient, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate across global teams to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Participate in or lead workshops to align expectations, challenge assumptions, and uncover root causes of data challenges.
• Support the delivery and rollout of features, including communication, documentation, and change support.
• Help drive a more data-driven culture through knowledge sharing, training, and structured guidance with our stakeholders.
• Assist in driving and expanding a shared Data Governance framework across Master Data entities.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a people-oriented problem solver with a curious mindset and a passion for meaningful change. You thrive in complex environments and feel energised by the opportunity to improve how things work – and how they could work better. You’re confident facilitating dialogue across diverse teams and turning input into action. You ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and make progress – even when perspectives vary.We imagine you bring:

• Experience working with data – such as modeling, structuring, and organizing complex datasets.
• A strong analytical mindset and the ability to uncover improvement opportunities through business process analysis.
• Solid communication skills and an ability to guide stakeholders.
• Comfortable educating users and stakeholders about master data management principles and how to apply them in daily operations.
• Experience with SQL and process design or system development is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
