IQVIA creates intelligent connections across all aspects of healthcare through its analytics, transformative technology, big data resources and extensive domain expertiseIQVIA Connected Intelligence™ delivers powerful insights with speed and agility — enabling customers to accelerate the clinical development and commercialization of innovative medical treatments that improve healthcare outcomes for patients.We are currently looking for an Analyst/Consultant to join the Analytics practice of our Consulting team based in Milan.As an Analyst/Consultant within IQVIA’s Analytics team, you will be responsible for actively participating in/supporting the development and delivery of projects with a specific focus on analytics. In fact, you will:

• Dive into IQVIA massive datasets to uncover hidden patterns and insights
• Craft cutting-edge predictive models and machine learning algorithms to provide data-driven solutions for our Clients (e.g. Segmentation & Profiling, ROI analyses, Test and Control analysis, Sales Forecasting, Markets evolution tracking, patients and sales split by indication, etc.)
• Design effective data visualizations, presentations and interactive dashboards to be presented directly to clients that include top Pharma Companies
• Collaborate across various IQVIA teams to help design the best solutions to clients harnessing the value of IQVIA connected intelligence

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in Data Science, Mathematical Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Physics or Mathematics
• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in data science or analytics
• Strong analytic and quantitative background, with understanding of Machine Learning algorithms
• Demonstrated ability to use programming language like Python or R and data visualization tools. Familiarity with Cloud platforms and GitHub is nice to have.
• Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, generate insights, summarize recommendations
• Strong professional experience with Microsoft Office, creating presentations with Power Point and working with Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency both in Italian and English
• Proven team-work experience
