You will join a dedicated Performance Management team for Group Functions within the CFO Area. The team consists of Finance Partners for each of the areas we are responsible for as well as a small group of colleagues focusing on Financial Management & Projects. In the role, you will be part of Financial Management & Projects which is responsible for our ongoing work cycle processes, internal alignment as well as various strategic analysis and deep dives. Depending on your skills and interests, we will aim to provide tasks supporting your development.As an Analyst for Financial Management & Projects your main responsibilities will be:

• Facilitating the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) cycle
• Driving the alignment of Performance Management approach across the areas we support
• Preparing monthly financial reporting and key insights
• Supporting the dialogue and collaboration with varied stakeholders both within CFO area and towards the Business Units

• Interest in Finance & Performance Management
• Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
• An analytical approach and ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from different fields of expertise.
• Curiosity and interest to grow personally and professionally.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
