Position Overview
This new team will play a key role in supporting the Chief Growth Officer to deliver on the long-term inorganic growth strategy for CRH. This entry level role will provide the candidate provides a high level of exposure to the existing Strategy, Innovation, Venturing and Development teams within CRH and will work closely with these teams at both a Group and Divisional level.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in several tasks including:
-Conduct economic and country research in collaboration with the team
-Support the strategic planning cycle.
-Assist with the preparation of presentations and briefing decks.
-Support with projects as required.

Experience / Education
You are/have:
-A minimum of 2 years’ experience in consulting, business/finance analyst
-Third level or postgraduate qualification in a finance or business-related subject
-Analytical, business, and financial acumen
-Project management skills, works well under pressure and adheres to deadlines
-Highly motivated and comfortable working in a demanding fast-paced environment
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Organised and detail orientated
-Team player with ability to contribute both individually and as part of a team
-Proficient in excel, PowerPoint and word
-Comfortable and willing to commit to regular (-10%) international travel
