Job Category: FinanceResponsibilities:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Transportation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a background in transportation and logistics, knowledge of Transportation related regulations, and proven analytical and multitasking abilities.In this role, you will analyze different carriers’ tarif tables (based on shipping routes and any other criteria) and align with our system to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions.Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor logistics performance, analyze key data, and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support transactional activities in different transportation systems like TDW, CT, BlueRock etc.
• Communicate effectively with carriers and internal teams to resolve logistics challenges and maintain smooth operations.
• Assist to maintain freight rates.
• Investigate and resolve freight discrepancies, billing issues, and claims.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of logistics strategies that support operational efficiency and business growth.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure logistics.

Qualifications:Education, experience and skills:Basic:

• College degree
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using TMS, ERP, inventory management systems, and tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge about transportation compliance standards.
