Above all Ferrari is an international team working with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, based on performance, meritocracy and continuous development, with innovation at the heart of our future.In order to strengthen our Digital Transformation team, we are looking to hire an Analytics Data Platform Product Owner, based in Maranello (Italy).The Product Owner is a team member who manages the entire product development process within an organization. She / he will research and determine stakeholder needs to determine which features to include in products and present ideas for product features to stakeholders. The Product Owner will then continue to serve as the primary contact between the product development team and stakeholders.She / he will work closely with the business and product development team to ensure that products meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders and customers. Upon completion of the product, the Product Owner will conduct a final review and submit their approval before releasing the product to end users.The main responsibilities will be:
Required ProfileIn order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Computer Science or similar field.
You will have gained at least 5+ years Proven experience as a Data Platform lead or similar experience.Knowledge of PowerBI, Azure Cloud Services, Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology are mandatory to manage the activities.
Understanding of Business Intelligence and methodologies and demonstrated track record of ownership and leadership in data platform and data management are required.
Knowledge of Data Mesh paradigm is considered a plus.In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
