What we expect from you beyond the code:

Experience and skills you need to join us:

• Fluency in English and Polish (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).
• 3+ years of experience in Android development, with a portfolio of released apps or contributions to large projects
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and experience with Android SDK.
• Understanding of Gradle and Android’s build system
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Strong knowledge with Jetpack Compose and MVVM architecture
• Proficiency in writing Unit Tests and familiarity.
• Experience with push notifications and mobile analytics
• Understanding of Android app performance optimization and scalability considerations
• Experience working with multi-module projects
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with popular third-party libraries and tools (e.g. Android Studio, Coroutines, Hilt, Retrofit, Jetpack libraries).

It would be great if you also have:

• Interest in or willingness to build skills in AI-driven mobile application development.
• Familiarity with GraphQL-based and REST-based APIs
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of Android’s design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces
