The job vacancy is in our company/businessDescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Operations Manager to join our team. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided with use of car.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all animals are fed, their enclosures are well-maintained, and that the sanctuary grounds and house are kept clean and presentable.Monitor animal health, coordinate vet care and medication as needed, and maintain up-to-date health records for all animals.Welcome and recruit both short-term and long-term volunteers, organising their food and stay.Manage legal requirements, insurance, and ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained.Handle purchasing and maintenance of tools, machinery, and animal feedstock.Oversee financial records and liaise with directors, trustees, and the local community to ensure smooth operations and alignment with our goals.Working Hours & Requirements:
This live-in role offers flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. We ensure appropriate rest periods and breaks.Candidates must be physically and mentally fit, passionate about animal welfare, and eager to make a positive impact.
