• Processing purchase invoices in accordance with internal procedures
• Verifying documents for formal and accounting accuracy
• Communicating with suppliers and other departments to resolve discrepancies
• Supporting the payment process and reconciling balances with suppliers
• Archiving and controlling accounting documentation
• Participating in month-end closings and preparing reports
• Assisting the team with ongoing AP-related tasks

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level – mandatory)
• Higher education (preferred fields: finance, accounting, economics) or initial experience in accounting/finance
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team
