Oxford Brookes University is looking to recruit an experienced, reliable and highly motivated Applicant and Enquiry Adviser (full-time and part-time), as a member of the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement Directorate, you will work directly with applicants, acting as their named contact throughout their applicant journey. You’ll use your knowledge of the student recruitment journey and the admissions process to provide high quality, personalised information and guidance.

Overall Purpose of the post of Applicant and Enquiry Adviser: 

The Applicant and Enquiry Advisers use information from the University’s Customer Relationship Management System and knowledge of the application process to provide high quality personalised information and guidance to prospective students and applicants. Post holders will act as a named contact to applicants, and will be supported to develop specific knowledge related to designated UK and international markets in order to appropriately support their caseload.

Qualifications and Experience for the post Applicant and Enquiry Adviser: 

You’ll have experience of delivering high levels of accuracy, with the ability to work confidently within our Admissions (CRM) system. We’ll support you to develop your knowledge of specific UK and international markets. The ability to work to agreed standards and performance requirements is essential. You will be motivated and prepared to work flexibly across a busy team to ensure that we deliver against agreed standards and performance requirements. This role will not attract sufficient points to obtain a sponsored Skilled Worker visa under the points based immigration system, however applications are welcome from candidates who don’t currently have the right to work in the UK, but who would be eligible to obtain a visa via another route.
