Bij SD Worx’s Customer Care team, onderdeel van onze dynamische CET-divisie, draait alles om het maken van écht verschil in de wereld van HR en payroll software.Wat ga je doen?Als Application Service Desk Agent (LE) ben jij de expert die:

• Onze klanten helder en vakkundig ondersteunt met eBlox Payroll en andere payroll tools.

• Jouw missie? Onze klanten zo snel en efficiënt mogelijk uit de nood helpen met hun issues. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor problemen die zij ervaren met onze pakketten, en jouw doel is om voor elke uitdaging een passende oplossing te vinden.

• Samenwerkt met interne payroll adviseurs – jij bent hun rots in de branding.

• Jouw analytische superkrachten inzet om processen te stroomlijnen en te verbeteren.

• Een brug slaat tussen techniek en praktijk en jouw ideeën omzet in acties.

Wie zoeken we?

• Een tech-savvy problem-solver die niet terugdeinst voor een uitdaging.

• Een communicatietalent dat vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels spreekt.
