You will not only learn and grow, but you will also enjoy coming to work every day.This job requires occasional travel and flexibility to work at all Veolia BeLux offices when needed, including locations such as Brussels, Turnhout, and/or Grâce-Hollogne !Job DescriptionAs an Application (Support) Analyst at Veolia DB&T Belux, you’ll join a development team tasked with maintaining and enhancing both current and future products.Your 2 main responsibilities are the optimization of our ITSM process and the continuous improvement of the IT landscape through detailed problem analysis and process streamlining.What are your main tasks?

• As a key IT liaison, you ensure smooth operations by routing all ServiceNow tickets to the right application experts and tracking their progress, addressing any roadblocks along the way
• Your focus extends to analyzing and improving business processes, primarily within Finance and HR
• Your contribution to local IT projects, including exciting explorations in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are key to the team delivery
• Proactively, you identify opportunities to streamline existing processes and empower business users with the knowledge and skills to improve data quality and overall efficiency.

• An understanding of Cloud-based architecture is desired
• Affinity with coding is a big plus
• You must have a strong proficiency in spoken and written English. Dutch and/or French are a big plus
• Being a team player, you should be comfortable collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and product managers, and be open to sharing ideas and knowledge
