Application Tester & User Support Specialist

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Responsibilities

What You Need

* 3-5 years of experience in an application development or testing environment.
* Experience in test case writing, UAT execution, and bug reporting.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
* Technical understanding to liaise between users and developers.

Nice-to-Have

* Experience with Agile methodology and 3-week sprints.
* Familiarity with SQL, Python, QT, or SAS.
* Background in clinical data systems, CROs, or life sciences applications.
