Job DescriptionThis role will elevate the applications development function within Rotork by managing a team of developers through the full development lifecycle.Reporting to the Development Manager, the Applications Development Lead will manage the development on new integrations whilst maintaining and enhancing existing ones. They will oversee the design, development and implementations of .Net applications, D365 customisations and power platform solutions and they will transition partner created integrations in to BAU operations.This role would suit a hands on leader adept at utilising the SCRUM frameworkQualificationsExperience Requirements

• Degree educated in computer science, engineering or another related field
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET framework with confidence in elements of the Azure ecosystem
• Experience in developing integrations to connect multiple applications, preferably with a focus on Microsoft technologies

The Successful Candidate

• Will demonstrate proven leadership and management experience, preferably as a lead developer or SCRUM Master
• Will possesses strong stakeholder management skills
• Will bring a positive and collaborative approach to the team
