• Taking part in workshops with users to collect, prioritise and model requirements
• Studying the implementation of different scenarios with the knowledge teams in order to propose one or more tools that meet the needs of the business lines
• Working with the IT and business teams to help collect and use data for the tools
• Define a timetable for completion/commissioning and coordinate the actions of the parties involved to ensure that costs, deadlines and quality are met
• Organise and take part in tool testing
• Identifying areas for improvement, proposing action plans and deployment
• Document the process, feedback and reports
• Participate in the definition of change management, support and train users
