We are looking for a driven and confident individual to support our Advanced Practice Apprenticeship programme and the academic team.

Overall purpose of post:

To take a lead role in supporting apprentices, providing direct support and where appropriate, onward referral for all learners. You would work closely with employers and partners to monitor performance and oversee the provision of a high level of service, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.  You would manage detailed administrative processes keeping accurate auditable records, using Oxford Brookes’ electronic systems for quality assurance and compliance. You would Provide advice and support to Faculty colleagues to ensure adherence to University and Apprenticeship regulatory procedures and policies.

Qualifications required:

An undergraduate degree or equivalent post-experience qualification.

Experience required for post:

Experience in a learner-facing role within higher or further education.  Excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiating skills.  Proven experience in taking a proactive role.  Ability to deal sensitively with people who have confidential problems.
