Within the Brand, Media, and Communication department, this role involves being at the operational core of our team. This apprenticeship offers a cross-functional experience, involving collaboration with all operational teams composed as below:

  • Global brand campaign development
  • Regional campaign development
  • Brand architecture and guidelines
  • Sponsorships and partnerships (Liverpool FC)
  • Project management and planning

Day-to-day responsibilities will include close collaboration with various departments within AXA to process approvals, create and maintain reports, and share success stories that highlight our collaborative efforts. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to creative improvement initiatives, assisting with planning, budgeting, administration, and the evaluation of performance metrics.

By working on a variety of tasks throughout the year, the apprentice will have the opportunity to gain insight into the full scope of a global brand team’s missions. This versatility will foster the development of in-depth skills across various areas, providing a rich and diverse learning experience.

Your job and daily missions:

Brand Project Management: You will play a crucial role in coordinating and monitoring AXA brand team activities, ensuring the application of standards, consistency in approaches, and the sharing of best practices. This includes project management, creative review and approval, planning, budgeting, benchmarking, product order, stock maintenance, and performance evaluation.

As examples:

  • Monitoring of brand elements’ application across countries,
  • Sponsorship MarketWatch,
  • Campaign review,
  • Creative asset check (format, quality, translations…),
  • Campaign/activation management and follow-up.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Be a team player capable of collaborating across organizational boundaries, embracing change, and driving improvements in working practices. You will work closely with AXA entities, Liverpool FC, and other partners to process approvals and manage internal stakeholders.

As examples:

  • AXA brand community management.
  • AXA entities sponsorship usages and re-use
  • Approval processes

Event and Meeting Coordination: Assist in all areas of event management. Coordinate and assist in ensuring meeting agendas and requirements are accurate, managing external guest logistics, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

As examples:

  • Event management including hospitality and stadium management,
  • Manage AXA internal meetings and stakeholders.
  • Assist with planning, administration.

Qualifications

Technical and professional skills, level of experience:

  • Educational Background: A degree from Ecole de Commerce, Université, or equivalent (Bac +5), specializing in marketing and communication or sport management.
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong communications
  • Proficient in MS Office or other project management tools, and a good understanding of project management principles. Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A background in Communication
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize.
  • A creative spirit, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in Photoshop or similar tools is a plus.
  • Multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, and multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport, credibility, and strong working.
  • Relationships both internally and externally
  • Be a team player able to collaborate across organizational boundaries,
  • Embrace change and make improvements to working practices.
  • At ease in a multi-cultural working environment
  • Sound judgement regarding confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Excellent time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Occasional travel may be involved. Valid Passport is required.
