G.D Headquarter with its worldwide subsidiaries and service centres provide an extensive sales and service network, always close to clients.G.D is part of Coesia, a group of innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions companies operating globally, headquartered in Bologna, Italy.Coesia has 141 operating units in 36 countries, a turnover of about 1.9 billion euros and over 8,000 employees.About the RoleAs an APS Planner, you will join the After Sales team collaborating with branches and all main functions in HQ potentially involved in the service contracts negotiation, delivery and execution as sales, finance, production, purchasing and logistics to align planning with business requirements.Main responsibilities include:

• Offer preparation, discussion, negotiation and contract preparation of new service contracts and renewal of existing ones;
• Business exploration on assigned countries in collaboration with Aftersales Engineers and Sales Area Managers;
• Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in collaboration with local aps planners in branches and technical services;
• Back office tasks related to the service contracts supply including but not limited to spares initial stock creation, back-up management also for the repair, intercompany sales, collecting and utilizing legal/tax/custom advises;
• Profit & Loss control for the contracts assigned together with the line manager and the relevant branch;
• Lead and support the innovation processes of predictive maintenance management platforms (Digital Service) which specifically means: partecipating directly in the platform development, supporting the integration of IoT technologies for maintenance, remote monitoring and advanced diagnostics of equipment;
• Promoting, selling and integrating the new platform in new or existing contracts;
• Analyze maintenance data in collaboration with data analyst and technical expert in order to optimize the maintenance activities and improve asset uptime and performance.

What you need to be successful

• Degree in Engineering;
• Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in maintenance planning, project planning or technical sales;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Sales background: Excellent communication, negotiation and goal-oriented skills;
• Technical background: Experience and interest in predictive maintenance, IoT platforms, generative AI
• Proactive, customer-oriented approach, with a focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel). Previous experience with an IoT platform enabling smart maintenance would be considered a plus.
