• Maintain and update accounts receivable records, ensuring accurate aging and application of credits and collections.
• Perform daily cash management tasks, including recording bank deposits and updating cash receipt logs.
• Ensure accurate billing by verifying documents in external billing systems and adhering to local tax regulations.
• Prepare and send netting proposals. Verify that payment records match netting proposals.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in AR accounts.
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable through client communication via phone, email, and mail.
• Collaborate with billing and sales teams to improve end-to-end processes.
• Follow credit management policies and assist with internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Familiarity with local tax regulations and accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
