Key Responsibilities

* Lead and assist in design development across all RIBA work stages
* Prepare, coordinate, and manage technical drawings and construction documentation
* Support project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration
* Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations

About You

* ARB-registered Architect
* Experience within a UK architectural practice (Part II or fully qualified)
* Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations, building standards, and construction processes
* Excellent design skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal
* Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
* Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
