This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who provide expert design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Altrincham.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

* Lead commercial projects through all RIBA work stages
* Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
* Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
* Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:

* ARB registered
* Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
* Proficiency with ArchiCAD
* Experience working on commercial projects
* Excellent drawing and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Altrincham area
