Daily Duties

* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams
* Lead and contribute to design development across various project types
* Manage and deliver architectural projects from concept to completion
* Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines
* Support junior staff and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture of the team

Ideal Candidate

* RIBA Part 3 qualified with post Part 3 industry experience in a UK based practice
* Strong design and project delivery experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to lead and manage design work across multiple sectors
* Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or within a team
* Passionate about architecture and committed to continuous professional growth
