This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplined architectural practice who provide expert design services to the residential sector. They are looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their team in Newcastle.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

* Manage and deliver various residential projects from inception through to completion
* Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Attend and carry out client meetings
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other members of a multidisciplinary team to build and maintain strong client relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
* Experience with Revit is advantageous
* Experience managing projects within the residential sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK Driver’s License
