To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need good experience as a technician, as well as being able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit. The individual will need a background working on the planning stages of residential projects, as well as having strong experience producing planning reports along with design and access statements.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

* Relevant degree within architecture
* Proficient with Revit
* Good experience as an Architectural Technician for a UK practice
* Experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Experience working across RIBA stages 0-3
* Experience producing planning reports, design and access statements
* Good knowledge of UK building regulations
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Full UK Driver’s License
