Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

* HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
* Sufficient post-qualification experience
* Proven expertise in residential projects
* In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
* Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
* High-level proficiency in Revit
* A proactive mindset with a passion for contributing to the company’s growth
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Must reside within a commutable distance of Wimbledon
