Architectural Technologist

The ideal Architectural Technologist will have solid post-qualification experience and confidence in handling the technical RIBA work stages. A strong technical skill set and a collaborative approach are essential for this role. Proficiency in Revit is a must.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience Required for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
* Demonstrable experience in architectural design and project execution across education, commercial, or mixed-use sectors
* In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Ensuring adherence to building regulations, planning guidelines, and sustainability principles
* Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, deadlines, and budgets
* Must be based in or near Portsmouth
* Proficiency in Revit is essential
