Architectural Technologist

Location: Worcester or Birmingham

Salary: GBP32-40,000+ DOE

Daily Duties

* Take individual responsibility for delivering architectural projects from inception to completion
* Work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
* Produce accurate technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of design solutions
* Lead and coordinate input from design teams across multiple sectors
* Manage workloads effectively, prioritising tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate

* Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist with at least several years post-qualification experience
* Proven track record of delivering completed projects across various sectors
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to changing demands
* Committed to high design standards and continuous improvement
