I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join a well-established and award-winning practice in Harrogate. The team is renowned for delivering creative and innovative design solutions across Commercial, Industrial, and Residential projects, while maintaining a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. With a variety of exciting projects on the horizon, they are looking for a talented individual to help drive their vision forward.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant UK-based experience and strong technical abilities. You should be confident in managing a project from inception to completion whilst producing excellent technical designs. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Significant UK-based, post qualification experience
* CIAT accredited, or working towards accreditation
* HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent understanding of current UK building regulations
* Brilliant communication skills
* Able to work with clients, stakeholders and team members
* Manage multiple project deadlines and workload
* Revit knowledge is essential
