Architectural Technologist

I am seeking a talented Architectural Technologist with strong technical expertise to join a well-established practice in Croydon. Known for delivering innovative, client-focused designs, the team works across both commercial and residential sectors and has an exciting pipeline of upcoming projects.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will have solid experience working on residential projects, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be ambitious, eager to develop your career, and passionate about creating outstanding designs. Proficiency in Revit is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
* Significant experience post qualification
* Residential project experience is essential
* Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient using Revit
* Drive to progress company growth
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Must live within a commutable distance to Sutton
